All banners and personalized flag banners offer single or double-sided printing options for maximum visibility. Car magnetic signs, however, support single-sided printing only, but you can order a set of two signs — one for each side of the vehicle — allowing you to customize different designs for a true double-sided display effect.

Our outdoor flags and banners are built to withstand sunlight and wind, making them ideal for outdoor advertising flags and outside festivals. They are also perfect for trade show marketing or promotional displays that require vibrant, durable materials. To extend product life, store items indoors when not in use and avoid prolonged direct sunlight or heavy rain.

Yes. Most of our outdoor flags and banners, including personalized flag banners and car magnetic signs, are made from durable polyester fabric or premium vinyl with protective coating, making them waterproof, weather resistant, and fade resistant under normal outdoor conditions.

Make sure your products are clean and dry before storage. Retractable banners and flags loosely to prevent wrinkles. Store car magnets flat in a cool, dry area away from heat or moisture.

We recommend Vector files (AI, PDF, or EPS) or high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher). If you’re using Canva or a similar platform to create your artwork/logo, please share the original file link with download permissions enabled. You can also email your files with the order number to [email protected].

Yes. You can preview and approve your design using our online design tool before production. Alternatively, you can select the online proofing option when placing your order, and our team will send you a digital proof for confirmation before printing begins. This ensures your artwork looks exactly as you expect before we start production.

Standard materials are not fireproof. If you require flame-retardant fabric material for corporate event, trade show marketing, or venue safety compliance, please note it in your order or email us at [email protected] — we can produce your items using certified flame-retardant materials upon request.

All of our products are designed for easy setup and portability:

• Flag banners come with collapsible poles and bases for quick assembly.
• Banners can be hung with ropes, hooks, or grommets.
• Retractable banners require simple assembly — just connect the pole, attach it to the base, and pull up the graphic for display.
• Magnetic car signs attach firmly to flat iron surfaces on vehicles — just make sure the area is clean and dry before application.

Once your proof is approved, our production turnaround time is typically 1–5 days after your proof is approved. For shipping, standard delivery usually takes 7–12 days, depending on your location. We also offer Expedited Shipping and Express Shipping options for faster delivery. If you have a specific delivery date, please let us know when placing your order so we can arrange production and shipping accordingly.
