Online Design Tool Help
Our Online Design Tool allows you to create, upload, review, and approve your custom designs directly on our website — no extra software required. You can either design from scratch using text, images, shapes, and templates, or upload your own artwork file for instant preview and adjustment before ordering.The tool provides real-time preview so you can see exactly how your product will look when printed.
You can access the Design Tool in two ways:
- Option 1: From the product page — click the “Design Online” button to open the studio.
- Option 2: From the main navigation — on the homepage, click Resources → Design Online to browse all customizable products and select the one you’d like to design.
Inside the design studio, you’ll find a clean and intuitive interface that makes creating your design easy.
Left Toolbar
- Templates: Browse and apply ready-made layouts for a quick start.
- Text: Add custom text, choose fonts, adjust size, color, and alignment.
- Backgrounds: Change the background color or upload your own background image.
- Cliparts: Insert decorative icons, symbols, or vector graphics from the clipart library.
- Photos: Upload your own images or use stock photos provided in the editor.
- Elements: Add shapes, lines, and design accents to enhance your layout.
- Layers: Manage design layers—reorder, lock, duplicate, or delete elements easily.
Top Menu
- File / Edit / View: Save, load, zoom, or adjust your workspace view.
- Undo / Redo: Step backward or forward to correct mistakes quickly.
- Side: Switch between the front and back sides for double-sided products.
- Process: Once your design is complete, click Process to preview and proceed to checkout.
💡 Tip: The studio supports drag-and-drop editing and real-time previews, allowing you to see exactly how your final printed product will look before placing your order.
For double-sided products:
- Complete your front design first.
- Click the arrow icon to switch to Page 2 (back side).
- Add or edit elements freely on the back side.
- Use Preview / Process to check both sides before ordering.
Yes! You can save your design directly in the editor — no account required. Go to the Edit menu and click “Save for later.” Your design will be stored in your browser, allowing you to return and continue later on the same device.
In the design area:
- Red Line = Cut Line: final trimming area — keep important elements inside.
- Green Line = Safe Zone: keep all text and logos inside to avoid cutting.
- Alignment Guides: appear automatically to help center and align objects.
